Educational Requirements (POINT TABLE ) Minimum qualification is graduation with 4 years Honours or equivalent preferably in Finance & Banking, Accounting, Management, English, Economics, Mathematics & MBA with minimum 09 points. Candidates with B.Sc. Engr., B.Sc. Ag. of any discipline from govt. approved universities with minimum 09 points are also eligible to apply for the post. Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in any examinations or below GPA 2.00 in SSC/HSC or equivalent and below GPA 2.50 in graduation (Hons) or equivalent need not to apply.
Other Requirements o Proficiency both in Bengali & English. o Candidates having Computer Literacy will get preference o Both male and female candidates may apply for the post. o The candidates in service must apply through proper channel. o Selected candidates shall execute a Surety Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 05 (five) years.
Age Limits Maximum 30 years as on 15 July, 2013.(Original Certificate of SSC/equivalent examination shall have to be submitted as the proof of age of the candidates. No affidavit in this regard shall be accepted).
Salary & Allowances The selected Candidates shall be on probation for a period of one year with monthly consolidated pay of Tk.28,000/- only. On successful completion of probation period and qualifying in the prescribed test, the candidates will be confirmed in the rank of Officer under the scale of pay Tk.20,200-1150X4-24,800-EB-1400X6-33,200/- and other admissible allowances with total initial emoluments of Tk.36,400/- only per month.

Selection Procedure o Only valid candidates will be called to appear at the written test on general knowledge & Islamic knowledge. o The candidates qualified in written test will be called for viva-voce. o No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing at the written test & viva-voce.
