Uttara Bank Limited invites applications from the eligible candidates for the following positions for its Subsidiary Company named “Uttara Bank Securities LimitedChief Operating Officer
Academic Qualifications :- “Four-years Integrated Honours” or Post Graduation Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Banking/ Finance/ Finance & Banking/ Marketing/ English /Computer Science /Computer Engineering/ Statistics or MBA/ MBM from any recognized University/Educational Institution having no 3rd Division/Class/Equivalent GPA/CGPA in any of the academic examinations. Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Management Accountant will be given preference.
Age :- Not exceeding 40 years as on 25.05.2014.
Experiences :- Minimum 8 years working experience in Capital Market including 4 years experience in Brokerage House.
Other requirements :-
- Must be well conversant with the securities related laws, rules, regulations and directives of Bangladesh Bank/ BSEC/DSE/CSE/CDBL and other Regulatory Bodies.
- Must be able to run and manage the operations of a Brokerage House independently

Accounts Officer
Academic Qualifications :- “Four-years Integrated Honours” or Post Graduation Degree in Accounting/Accounting and Information System or MBA major in Accounting/Accounting and Information System from any recognized University/Educational Institution having no 3rd Division/ Class/Equivalent GPA/CGPA in any of the academic examinations. CA Course Completed, CA Intermediate/ Application Level, CMA Intermediate will be given preference.
Age :- Not exceeding 35 years as on 25.05.2014.
Experiences :- 3-5 years working experience in Brokerage House.
Other requirements :-
- Must be well conversant with the securities related rules, regulations and directives.
- Must have strong capability to manage and prepare required accounting information.
