| Key Responsibilities: |
Regional Head will be responsible for developing & executing Distribution, Communication, Product and Bank's business priorities in the assigned region. He will lead, manage and develop Distribution Field Force in the region while also take accountability of the development of Distribution Partner Operations and Field Forces. Regional Manager will be strategic driver for all Mobile Banking and Agent Banking business strategies in that Region. He will provide regular standard market feedback on MFS execution for sub-region specific market activity to Deputy Head/Head of Distribution.
